nltk in solo learn?????

I did not find anything about text processing (nltk) in solo learn.
besides when writing a code:
import nltk

it does not work
I was thinking about starting putting together a course but I see that I can't since nltk library is not available in the playground.

How can I contact the website owners to ask for the installation of such a package?
