How to make a web game like this and publish it online?? Please Help

What do you think about this project?

And how I can make a game like this?

You'll need:
1.) Ide (notepad++, eclipse, etc...)

2.) knowledge of html to make the website, and Java or other programming language to make the game.

3.)You gotta wanna. This can be difficult territory, so you gotta want to do this

It was very difficult to make this and I still work on the Debugging Simulator 2017.

The Debugging-Quest Ultimate in this project was the most difficult part.
It is very important to make a clear code, so you make less coding errors.

It's also important to make many comments in the code, so you will see, what belongs to what.
