Help about Floating audio player in HTML

i need help to making an audio player using html, css and java script which float on the website means if i navigate to another page of website, the player remains continue without stopping.
please help me in my project....

If you navigate between websites, it is no more a html, CSS, JS topic: it is linked with your browser. You can have a floating audio player for your own website and use Ajax (i.e. Angular) to navigate on it.
