How much time do i need to master JAVA knowing that i will learn in 1 hour a day?!!

depends on wat will u do with Java,
1hr a day , then in 2or 3 weeks u ll be able to write simple programs.
with dedication for few months 2 or 3 u can write complex programs like client server models, integrating other technologies too, or develop Java applications games , utility tools etc.
just get started its fun

just Java is difficult a bit, but using html and CSS is easy , learn them parallely too then u ll realise awesome things can be done by using these things.
