I can't install android studio because my laptop do not have the requirement. Any suggestion on how I can make android apps without installing those Ram consuming software. i hear there is a wat to make andriod apps with just andriod sdk and javascript

u can also make Andriod apps using Eclipse ide. is a very lightweight ide.you just have to install some plugins and you're good to go.But ofcourse the best tool would be Andriod Studio.
Second best in my opinion is eclipse.

Edit: it is wise to use andriod studio cause andriod is no longer supported in eclipse.
