Netbeanz , eclipse ... witch best?!

Netbeans and eclipse both are very good IDEs. With net beans you get more out of the box content, but wirh eclipse you need plugins installed for almost everything.

It really depends on the task at hand though, if you're just starting off with development I would suggest Netbeans. But eclipse's features can be extended beyond Netbeans with the correct plugins.

Faster, less buggy, but does not have as many integrated features.
