My laptop is hdd not ssd...and I want to use it for adobe and learning programing,hacking and infosec...so is this will afffect?

Yes you will see/feel the difference when switching to a SSD. Is it necessary? No, definitely not. What matters most is how much RAM and which CPU you have. Most modern/not older then 10 year laptops/computers will still do fine :)
