yes u can. I won't be able to tell u how to code it but I'll tell u an important process in coding. start reading up on it. break down the app u want to create and then start searching how to write that particular part. when I say break it down I mean really break it down so that it is easy to search and implement. it will be very hard and tedious cos u have to search high and low to get inspiration but it's worth it in the end. for example I want to write a database, I will first learn what kind of database I can use and which is the easiest, then learn how to open the database once u have decided on a format( say csv) and then learn how to write to it and save it, and then learn how to read from it and so on. so baby steps. it's good u trying on here as well because someone else more experienced may tell u how but I'm just telling u the process. so while waiting for another response go on the Internet and look for it. u will find it in the least likeliest of places sometimes and it's very cool when u finally solve a problem.
