Is that exemple of HTML code right?

In that exemple author used h1 heading tag twice. Is that appropirate use of tags? In other words, should we set only one h1 tag per page for SEO reasons?

You can use h1 as many times as you want. You can put one inside another only if you use different css style id

Well, I should say, there are many diffrence suggest to HTML pages. Some for "purity" code, others for quick access, others for SEO (but here are much tricks, how to get better results..). It is your decision what to observe..
