A bug in the app?

So when i post a answer or something on my feed there are two posts! When i delete one both is deleted😥. I saw some questions in Q&A with two copies also. Is it happening to me or to you guys also?

Me too. This issue persists for quite some time already back in last year.

they want me to record my screen. that's not possible cuz its random.😈😑. If you guys can please let me know and i will send it to sl or you can too.
