Is my quiz outside the scope of the topic?

It's been a long time since I submitted this quiz. I even forgot about it. But today I decided to check if it is still pending. Turns out it is. But I see a comment saying that the quiz "is outside the scope of the topic".
And it is still pending, I can't resubmit it.

So, my questions are:
Why is it outside the scope of the topic?
Why is it still pending?

Perhaps they aren't accepting quizzes which are outside the standard course? Templates literals and let keyword are not covered in there. so it's possible they did not approve yet.

About why it's still pending: There is a possibility they may approve it in the future when those topics are merged in the standard course. Till then it's pending just they added a message to explain why it's not approved yet?
To get a definite answer i would ask them about this. They should give the correct answer.

🤔 That’s strange. It looks like a legitimate quiz question to me. I don’t see how it’s outside of the topic.

That pending commented quiz is clearly a bug. I had sent a bug report to the developers when that happened to me in the past. They said that it will be resolved soon, and they're working on it. Hopefully, it may be resolved with the upcoming update :)

meeh im less bothered about quiz comments since it seems more like they are generated by a bot rather than edited by humans.Sometimes i submit simple quizzes,and I get comments saying "its too complex for most users".So many quizzes to rate for sololearn,they cant waste time trying to figure why a quiz shouldn't be approved,they need to improve on this

Igor Makarsky I also have a few pending Java quizzes😞 but there is a message saying," Too many similar submissions, please resubmit it".
I cannot edit it though😓
