when i learned about programming
i understanded that a programming language is a bunch of lines that gives order to computer or a machine to do a specific task.
so my question is how do we make this machine understands that language
in other word let say that I created a new programming language how I can make my computer understands it

Most programming languages are built from other basic languages.If you created your own language you might perhaps need to build your own interpreter.Thats the middle man
