I want to ask what are the most important future skills required to apply for a job in 2025

Honestly, I agree 100% with M. Wood on that. Communication is by far the most important skill I've ever learned and for nearly all situations. You can talk yourself in and out of situations quicker than any of your skills ever will. Mastery of communication is important.

Beyond that, I would put my focus into stuff like Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. Within the next 5-10 years, AR/VR will be as mainstream as our smartphones are today, so I would focus on that. Unless the world comes to an end or something destroys all electronics on the planet, that's the direction that the winds of change are heading.

Written and oral communication skills. Software developers are easy to find. Those who can communicate are fewer and further between.

Hmm... I think It will be the programmer in my opinion. Because programmers are always needed. I think in the future it is the same.
