HA! . No. This is just a really REALLY newbie course, with basic stuff. don't get me wrong, its a good base. But it's worth almost nothing in a job. You need to investigate and practice a lot more, this is just the start.

first of all, you need to continue your training with databases. How to read, write, update, create, with a language. then try to make your own projects. do an hotel system, cybercafe, shop, parkment, etc. train you skills

You can not consider software engineer if you do not have a degree in engineering. But it does not stop you from becoming a software developer if you continue to deepen your knowledge. But these courses only teach you the basics.

First you need to focus and decide what type of programmer you want to be. It's not worth knowing a little bit of each and not being really good at anything. There are several types of software developer, and you should research and arrange guidance about this. There are several materials on the net, I like the courses of corsera.

I agree completely with all the posters - these are just tutorials. But it is a good 1st step! Try to formally further your studies if you have mastered the material here. If you cannot afford or prefer online studies look at www.coursera.org, www.udacity.org or www.edx.org. But be warned, these courses are much more involved.
