[Education] Where to Study for Software engineering?

I wanna be a software engineer but education system in my country is not that good. I'm going to study Software engineering in a different country. My plan was Ludwig-Maximillians in Germany but they only giving Master degree for software eng. Do you have any recommendation for uni?

Here in the Netherlands are some pretty good ones :) Hogeschool Utrecht or University of Utrecht will do for you. The HU will be more practical schooling, the UU will be more theorethical.
