and Android Studio for the Software

why don't you try to check Dartlang and flutter from Google. once build get results on Android and iOS. now I am learning it.

You should provide more context. For example, if you are already familiar with the development with React, if you have experience with Java or if you use both in a fluid way.

If your Javascript skills are up to par, and you have experience with React, I would suggest investigating React Native.
