Which framework or platform is best for creating a website like Facebook's page.

I wane to create website where user can create page like Facebook. And home page is also there like a Facebook. Video and photo posting feature like Facebook. So which framework or any coding languages is best for this. Like laravel, core php, Wordpress, react. What should I choose for this. I am confused guys.
