My opinion
Coding in this program is like publishing videos on YouTube. You publish code and look: how many likes will your work have and how many people will subscribe on your "channel" ( mean profile). It somehow motivates you to learn more and to work more.

I agree! Except that in my month of using this, I've gotten more likes and subs on here in a month than I've gotten on YouTube in 6 years!
