It all depends on what you want to do. C# can be used for back-end programming and for example: Windows Forms Applications and for a lot more. Java can be used for almost everything, I use it to develop Android apps. C++ can also be used for back-end. Mysql is for back-end databases. Search on the internet what's the best language to develop Android apps for example and you'll see what the best language is for what you want to do.
