How do I create a website?

I’m almost done learning HTML,CSS and JavaScript, but I want to know,
Is HTML just for creating a webpage?
How do I create a website eg an advertising website/promoting website?
How do I give it a domain name like
Www.advertisingwebsite.com
??

You'll need to find a web host and upload your website files there. While you look at hosting you'll be able to search for that domain or others like it. If it's not already taken, you can add it to your plan.

Most reputable hosts cost some money but if you're doing promotions you'll be able to make your money back ten fold. If you want to experiment with a free host to get comfortable with the process, you can look online for free hosts like 000webhost. However, free hosts usually require you have their name in your domain, like www.000webhost.advertisingwebsite.com

So you'll need a paid host to get a domain without the added fluff.
