Can I create an android music player using android? If yes,what language is relevant?

I code on phone and it would be really nice if I could create an app right on my phone. What languages do I need and what compilers or apps would help?

to make Java apps on phone there is a Java IDE for Android, you can find it on Play Store. but as you want to make an audio app I think you have to use C++ for which you must use a computer. actually, there may be an app for C++ too, just make a bit of research.

It would be really hard to make on phone, just use Android Studio on a computer
