What is difference between SQL and MYSQL please tell me

SQL is a query language where as MySQL is one of the popular database which allows you to execute the SQL queries.There are many other databases available like Oracle,MongoDB,Postgre etc..the queries are all the same..only here and there some differ but u wont see a difference :)
