Not related to programming but can someone please help me out? I need to write 0.45 as a fraction but the 5 is repeating?

100x = 45.555555.....
100x-x = 45.5555555.... - 0.45555.....
99x = 45.1000000... = 45.1
990x = 451
x = 451 / 990
