How do you combine languages?

I saw some codes on the "Code Playground" that used multiple languages to make the desired affect. I was wondering how you put multiple codes on the same file. Thank you.

I guess you're talking about the web codes? Because you can use HTML, CSS and JS (or any of its libraries) in the same code.
