Can we publish an app in the Play Store (for iOS) without having to develop the app using Swift?

The question almost says it all. Is it a must to now another language just to publish it for iOS?

I don't think Swift is a must, but Swift is recommended.

AFAIK, you can develop for ios using c# xamarin and google flutter too.
