I don't know how to focus.

I can't focus on learning python, I can do maybe one or two questions. I don't know what to do.

Extend your right hand out in front of your body. Look at your hand. Concentrate on not moving your hand or lowering it. Do it for 1 minute. Repeat the process for your other hand. Each set increase the time by 1 minute. Your brain is only as good as you train it to be. Also, start eliminating your other distractions. For example, you say you can't focus on Python, and when you could be working on it, you're here telling us how you can't focus. It's all choice that you're making. I imagine there are many other distractions for you; be it your phone, friends, family, TV, games, facebook, YouTube, etc... Turn other things off when you're working/learning, and isolate yourself into a quiet place that provides less distraction to you. I'd recommend that you read out loud, as this forces your brain to focus on the action of speaking what you're reading, which takes away from its ability to throw random thoughts to distract you while you're reading silently. Also, assess if Python is even interesting for you, as if it's boring you'll be more likely to engage into distractions instead of engage into what you're working on. If it's boring for you, try out something else and see how it goes.

By the way, the reading aloud technique works really well for me. I've always had attention issues and would become easily distracted, especially when reading. I'd begin reading and it'd get me thinking about something (related/unrelated), then 15 minutes later I realize I'm just sitting there staring at it and would have to refocus/re-read it. As you can imagine, this would cause me a lot of frustration and cause me to take FOREVER just to read something, so I had always hated having to read a bunch of stuff. I figured out the reading aloud thing in my 20s when it was necessary for my career and I had to figure something out without having to take pointless medicine to make me docile.
