how to adjust html element to show it in Android?

i have a code. which is big in size not in the size of mobile phone screen.what should be used to solve this problem?

I would suggest using the @media Query in your CSS to adjust the size based on the width of the screen. Basically, if you were to have an element with an ID of "page", then the media query would look like this:
