Best IDE

Question

Can you guys tell me the best IDE for every language on SoloLearn. DON'T PUT ECLIPSE BECAUSE THAT F**KED MY PC UP LAST TIME.

I'm using Arch Linux !
my favorite IDEs are

1.code:block
2.codelite
3.Atom
4. Kdevelop
5.Geany
6. MonoDevelop
7.Anjunta
8.Bluefish
9. NetBeans
10.Komodo IDE

it is all a matter of preference however here are some of my favourite and the team I work with use mostly.
for python : PyCharm (however I commonly just use VIM or Sublime)
java : IntelliJ (made by same people as PyCharm)
cpp, if window's MS Visual Studio or codeblocks, sublime.
c# MS Visual Studio.
haven't played with much of the other languages outside of vim or Sublime so can't help much further.
