Problem in Looping

I don’t know what’s the problem can someone help me to find out the mistake or maybe suggest a better Code to put in an infinite loop until you get the right answer please!

It works fine for me 🤔 the only one thing what you need is that you need to call the twoLoops() function

I actually did call the function but it didnt output anything so thought i made a mistake thats y reached out!
it aint workin till now still figuring out why 😖😖
