If i begin Programming with Python And not C, will it be okay? or should i learn C first

It depends what you want to do actually
But I think for beginners, Python is one of the most recommended, it has a simpler syntax and easier to understand than other programming languanges such as C itself

So yeah, learning Python first would be pretty fine IMO

No... C its not a prerequisite for learn Python... No language has another language like prerequisite but oblivious its better know some concepts in programming (and you have they automatically if you have learned another language) but its logic that you can havent they if this is the first language
