¿What do i need to make a MMO 3D game?

I plan to make a game online 3d with unity for kids but not know which programs and languages programming I will need to learn and used to put it to work.
Is a project quite ambitious and i'm beginner in programming and unique to i know do is 3d models average level.
If someone can help me out give thank you very much.

download and install unity and go with C#

Yes, download Unity and Visual Studio and watch some tutorials if you don't know how to use C# with unity (but you propably know).
