What text editor should i use? Should one use a different text editor for different languages?

Hi Ranjinee Ayasamy,
It's up to you. Many programmers end up investing quite a lot of time in customizing their environments to suit their specific working style. It seems much more practical to settle on an environment you like.
I've used a handful of text editors, but I think VScode is generally the least overwhelming for people transitioning off default text editors and dipping their toes in IDEs for the first time.

You can give a try to VS code (free).
Its pretty good.
Other options are
Sublime (paid).
Atom (free).

And nowadays text editor supports all languages.
So you can pick any of the above.
