Is it easy to start Python for Android after I've learned Python?

Its easier if you learn Java and do your app in android studio.

Not really ( for the twice questions :D )

If you just want to make little text app ( like console programs ), you'll not be lost with Python in Android...
On the other hand, it's a second world to apprehend if you plan to make "real" Android look like applications: in this case, in my opinion, you'll be advised to directly learn Java, then the Android specificities...
