Considering what you're working on, I'd take some time to learn the fundamentals of websites first, such as with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. PHP should make a lot more sense once you understand how websites work first.

However, anything in particular that you're stuck on? It's a lot easier for me to help you if you have something specific, otherwise I'd just be reading the course to you from start to finish. ;)
