Web accessibility

Question

I everyone, I really think web accessibility is important.
I want to learn web developement for accessibility.
I make a lot of researches, is not easy, do know any good ressources about web accessibility ?, I know w3c and a11y.
I would like to organize and learn informations to help peoples make web sites more accessible.
It will be long and difficult, but I'm ready to work hard.
