Q= Quietness: in quietness can you learn

T= tenacity. try, keep trying, until you get it

U= understand the basics. don't copy codes at least until you master the basics

V= volition. decide to be who and what you want to be. people rate you at your own volition. so set your own high

code every day(if you burn out, take a break and do soft coding activities such as reading or watching videos about the subject), attend coding meetups(check out meetup app and they have a coding section) because you get to meet programmers that actually work in the industry and they'll point you to the right direction
