I jumped right into to python to start i am doing ok with so far but would it be better to back up and start with C# and C++

If you really want to back up, why not start with brainf**k?

I'd say, learn 1 language properly at first. Then you can easily learn another language and switch to it if you wish.

no, finish python first.(my opinion)
I think you need a good understanding in python to learn a languages easly like c++.
