JS: What is wrong with my while-loop?

The while loop does not work like i want it to. I tried a lot but it's still not working trying it later with notepad++, lets see if it works. Is anything broke at this code? Thanks for your answers!

Or is it possible that the playground is broke? Would not be the first time it happens to me in the playground it does nothing or gives me errors (getelementbyid especially) but with notepad it works without any problems
