What kind of games you want? 2d, 3d, 2.5d? There is a lot of game engines which you can use without any knowledge about programming (for simple projects) for example blender 3d, unity, unreal. There are a lot of videos how to do games in this engines on yt. Or you could do game in clear html with css and js. Or you can do games with html frameworks like tree.js (little knowledge of js you must know)
