it can be good also bad. It's good for learning, with error happen your mind will try to analyze why the code doesn't work, once you figured out the problem than you have one step experience which will be useful in real implementation, and also helpful to trigger another error with the same type problem (source: my own experience).
It's bad if you delivered the code as product and shipped to the client but still had error, that's why testing is important step after development done.
