What other things to learn in javascript? Frameworks like node.js, react etc or what?

If you want to get into Server side stuff, Nodejs is required. And if you want to get into front end things, you have Angular, Vue, React (They all follow a similar kind of syntax. Similar and not same.) If you want to get into Machine learning, you have brain.js, Tensorflow.js. Javascript is a vast ocean of possibilities. You can chose what suits you the best and take it forward and make it best. All the best :)
