How can I able to build a robot or you can say Robotic Programer/Enginer? Which language or knowledge do I need to know?

Basically I am much interesting to build a Robot and I wannted to become a robotic Enginer or robotic programer in future but I don't know the way that can be helpful for me so anyone who are willing to guide me are most welcome ☺

C++, Python, Java.
The thing is that the most knowledge is about the hardware you're using.
The programming can be really easy. But like raspberry pi and the most controllers use TTL level. 5V and 20mA are fine but when you have bigger motors you can damage your board. The knowledge about electronics is useful. How to use different kind of circuits like L293D.

How to make pwm signals from digital outputs. You may need to drop your 5V voltage to 3.3V. Current limitations. Knowledge about how servo and stepper motor works. You may want to use transmitter to control your robot. The programming could be the least of you worries.

Mechanical parts you could just order from the internet.
