you can always buy some books with helpful resources, that will make things somewhat easier

Ask for e books here , there are lots of materials available . Start searching for materials available at Sololearn for a language . These would not take much of your data and you could easily study😊😁

Internet is not only the best way to learn programming but there are other resources like books and ebooks to study.

Are you kidding? A country with slow internet connection will not have books about programming I think

42126ay that's fine..u can go for books... or u can download video tutorials ...I mean whole video playlist and save it offline so whenever u need it u can go for it

I have a app named "W3Schools offline" is like 8.8 mb...As you can download Sololearn(7.9mb) then you can download that app also..
For boosting ur coding skill u can use "HTML code play"(11mb)...It is offline and u can practice there...Although it is named HTML code play there is JavaScript,CSS,Angular JS,jQuery,Bootstrap and a lot
Thus you can self train yourself...and those types of apps cost short amount of mb
Good luck!😊

42126ay well then your best bet is to either find someone you know from a foreign country to have them get you the desired resources or try and move to a different country (if you have means to)

I started to learn BASIC programming language in 1990. There was no internet in my hometown and I didn't own a PC either. So, I just bought a book, designed my program on paper, debugged it on paper too. Every weekend, I spent 1 or 2 hours on our school lab to test my programs :-D. Still, I could write some program to calculate a few complicated problems after a few months.
Now, things are much easier. So, I think you surely can become successful. You have computer at home, up to date software installed on your pc. You also have ebooks, offline help files (like old msdn dvds...), you can even ask some one outside your country download some useful websites which contains learning materials into a dvd, etc.
I think your internet speed will improve in the future, as other countries did in the past. So, be optimistic :-D.

I think books may be alternative of slow internet connection!!
You may use some off line IDE accordingly to your programming language what you are learning!

well you can download offline app like Sololearn or W3schools to start your learning process.
I know how hard it can be but once you have the foundation of any programming languages it will be a lot easier then ever

I come from a county with slow internet connection and i know how hard it could be to watch tutorials especially if you are learning to code because sometimes you need to watch the videos several times.but in my opinion the best way is reading books and downloading pdfs.I know it is really counterintuitive to learn from books.I personally prefer tutorials over books because you can follow along much easier. But if you don't have access to fast internet , find a library instead.
