How to see what topics i clicked to follow except when i do not get notification for new answers? Or this is not implented yet?

I'm afraid the star merely (un)subscribes you to/from notifications for new answers on a thread. There's no specific section to show all threads you have subscribed to. However, there is a section in your profile which shows all threads you have participated in (i.e. posted at least one answer).

You may provide this as a feedback/request to SL via the in-app feedback feature, or send your suggestions directly to [e-mail]
