Which Server Language is Harder to Learn. Is it Ruby? Or PHP?.

I've learnt two of the three languages required to start Web Development. Well at least the fundamentals..Now I'd like to know which Server I should use

I recommand PHP. It's just my point of view but the majority of the server use PHP. And the other good point is that the document is a pretty good and the community is pretty good (many people ready to help others).
