What is the most developer friendly free open source web server for PHP?

i cant differentiate between XAMPP & EasyPHP. Which is the best??

XAMPP its pretty straight forward, its come with PHP server and mysqli, phpmyadmin, so I would recommend it.

XAMPP for local server ,, and you can use https://c9.io for online free server :)

Personally, I use WAMP. but between XAMPP and EasyPHP - go XAMPP.

Or, setup a VM of your preferred *nix OS and configure it to be an HTTP server.
