Yes you can use python scripts to hacking. For example you can send packets with your custom data with http modules, sockets, Scapy. You can also do Dos attacks and try to kill server. You can do brutforce attack to try hack passwords.
Don't do that!. It's not legal (not client side hacking and not server side hacking).
