Use coder.com. Its much easier to write codes there, test it and launch with a given url.

This is a rather complex issue to explain quickly, but there are some easy solutions.

1.
Use Wix.com
(A simple webpage builder)

2.
Use heroku.com which is capable of hosting many different types of programs such as JavaScript, HTML, Ruby on rails, and more.
(The downside is that this requires some knowledge of Batch to launch to heroku from a computer, but how to do this is explained thoroughly on heroku.😉)
