Build a Min aircraft Application

I want to build a min aircraft application that will be spray a farm of at least one hectare per day what language should I learn so as to achieve my goals and another question is about how to integrate with hardware so it can fly n do my intended goals (Note: How software are inserted into hardware so as to work like Os with hardware) if not mistaken. Help Please Programmers

you could buy a drone and attach a sprinkler to it and then have it fly on a preset route. much simpler and cheaper than making one
