Best language for writer tool?

Hello human out there!
I had a idea to make a ... special (?) writer tool and I'm right now not very in those different languages.
So it should be a writer tool where you can create storyline, informations about character and of course the chapters!
The special thing is that the text should be deleted after I don't know... 10 seconds without writing?
So you are in one flow and can think about it again after you wrote it.^^
So I want to ask all of you that k ow what language is the best for such a program!
If you know it, just down in the comments and it would be great if you can also explain why I should use that language and not another^^
And then I'll learn it until I reached my dream! xD

Best i can't tell you, every language has its applications. But the fastest to do this, i think would be C# with Razor Pages.
If you dislike C#, you can do it with HTML/CSS/JS and maybe a backend language like Java? It depends on how you want to do it. But this may guide you
